Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously and do not share information with any other organization, except as necessary to complete a transaction. Rake Baseball Academy, LLC will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone. 

About our Staff

Our Rake instructors know how to play the game and talk about the game so players will be able to relate and understand their teaching methods. This will create a fun and competitive environment for the player all the while teaching them the finer details of the game. We want consistency in our facility, meaning we want to see the players coming back for more and putting the necessary work in for 4 months to exceed on the team they play on.

Lesson Polices/Payments

If you must cancel your scheduled lesson, a minimum of 24-hour notice is required to reschedule. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, the lesson will not be rescheduled and will be charged against your package. All lessons must be paid for in full. Lessons will not be scheduled until payment is received. Any remaining credit from lessons will remain as a credit with Rake Baseball Academy to be used within 30 days of the credit date. No refunds will be given for private lessons.

Rake memberships are billed on a month to month basis. All Rake membership lessons must be used within the 30 days from time of purchase. Any remaining lessons that aren’t fulfilled, will roll over with a purchase of another Rake membership. All lessons must be completed prior to the expiration date or the remaining lessons will be forfeited, unless another Rake membership was purchased.

Each Private lesson package has an expiration. We have an expiration date to ensure that you are seeing the most value out of your lessons by coming in consistently and maximizing repetitions during your instruction. Expiration lengths are: 90 days from time of purchase.  All lessons must be completed prior to the expiration date or the remaining lessons will be forfeited, unless there is an emergency.

Special Events/Camps

No credit will be given unless there is an emergency. At that point, a credit of 75% of the camp price will be refunded.

Rental & Program Polices/Payments

We ask that all students arrive a few minutes early to allow time for checking in at the front desk and ensure full duration of your rental and program time.

All rentals, programs and camps must be paid for in full prior to the first session. No session by session payment is allowed.
